The 500-1000w E-BikeKit rear geared hub motor features impressive 84Nm torque and a USA hand built wheel with single-butted 12-13 gauge spokes for durability.

Throttle-On-Demand

The easy-to-use thumb throttle allows you to engage the motor whenever you need it. Use the throttle to get a boost when starting from a stop or to help get up to cruising speed. The Eco-Tad also features a pedal-assist sensor (PAS) for operation.

How to Measure Your X-Seam

At Electric Trike Store, we like to use the x-seam measurement to fit riders on recumbent trikes and inseam to fit riders on upright trikes (like the Sun Traditional).

We use this measurement to adjust your trike to fit you out of the box, but it's simple to adjust your trike later to suit your preferences. This is just a rough measurement to make things easier for you.

Alternatively, if you like reading and diagrams...

To measure your X-Seam, you'll need a tape measure, a sturdy board (like a piece of plywood or an ironing board), and an assistant to help you. If you currently ride a recumbent bike, you can use that to take the measurement instead of the board.

The tricycle is enclosed in a heavy cardboard box and fastened to a custom-built shipping pallet. Shipping is by freight truck with liftgate service included.We use a variety of freight carriers based on your shipping destination. When the trike ships, you will receive an email from us with tracking information. The freight company will contact you before the final delivery is made in order to arrange the drop-off with you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The electric tricycles we offer are high-quality tricycles assembled by professionals with years of experience, and we stand behind each electric tricycle we build and ship. If, for any reason, after purchasing your electric trike, you are not 100% satisfied, simply contact customer service to discuss the return.

IMPORTANT

Buyers may return any undamaged and unused products (including fully assembled electric tricycles) within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee (based on the condition of the returned item and at the sole discretion of EBT). ACTUAL ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES (not the flat-rate $300) AND RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES (back to our facility) ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. These return shipping costs can be significant. It is also imperative that you retain the shipping pallet and box should you decide to return a complete tricycle. If these packing items are discarded, the return will become that much more complicated and expensive.

With liftgate service, the truck can only lower the pallet to the ground, and they cannot deliver it inside your house. You will need to open the box and dispose of the pallet afterward.
